It's a new second that I'm using a genuine Steam product and just started playing the game. What's the problem or what's the problem?
You can only see one of the four stadiums.

Sorry, it's hard to understand your issue here. What's the image supposed to show?

The one you have available is from the free Match Day DLC.

There are 4 more from "Stadiums: European Club Pack", but it has not be available for purchase for a long time. Those who bought it when it was available can still use it (at least on PC, I dunno about the console situation). They would appear on this tab if you had them.

Then there are the Varsity Sports stadiums from the Campus DLC (that @eagletrekkie mentioned above).
You can see the unlocking requirements here:

They are in their own Varsity Sports tab.

Then there are the non-Match Day type assets (no Match Day mechanics) in the Unique Buildings section:
"Sports Arena", "Stadium", "Snowboard Arena" and "Ice Hockey Arena". (Last two are "Snowfall" DLC, only on winter maps.)

Can see them all here:

Of course, on 22 March, there will be the "Sports Venues" DLC.
