It's a new second that I'm using a genuine Steam product and just started playing the game. What's the problem or what's the problem?
You can only see one of the four stadiums.
If you're talking about the European Club Pack, which had the stadiums for Barcelona, PSG, Juventus and Chelsea, that DLC was removed from all platforms in 2017:
If you're talking about the other sports stadiums (ie baseball, American Football, basketball) those are in the campus tab, but you have to unlock them by building campuses unless you have all milestones unlocked.
The one you have available is from the free Match Day DLC.
There are 4 more from "Stadiums: European Club Pack", but it has not be available for purchase for a long time. Those who bought it when it was available can still use it (at least on PC, I dunno about the console situation). They would appear on this tab if you had them.
Then there are the non-Match Day type assets (no Match Day mechanics) in the Unique Buildings section:
"Sports Arena", "Stadium", "Snowboard Arena" and "Ice Hockey Arena". (Last two are "Snowfall" DLC, only on winter maps.)
