Don't mean to be mean, but that's a phpBB skin out of the box, no work needed at all to make it look like that, or even get it up.
I'll keep an eye on the forum contents though.
Hey, I think it's great with another HoI BB, and I didn't mean to imply that you had to put a new design into it to somehow make it count in my eyes. But since I'm one of those guys that have made free public software, templates, and god knows what for the past ten years, I just wanted to point out that the look (that people obviously like) is available there for anyone to use, and that it was made by a fan (I believe) of the phpBB system (which probably is the best free BB available for small and mid-sized BB's, so you made a good choice in choosing it (I use it myself)).
