Mr.Kaputt - "god damn! i hope that what i see in the far far horizon is...update... " Yes and a little more frequent!
Commandante - "The Spanish seem to have offered you more resistance than I initially thought... I tip my hat for this huge update, 2coats. Good show!" Yes, but that was only because I let them charge through my thin lt. green line. Attacking by speed is great, but if you dont annex quickly, the light fast units get swept aside too quickly. I should have just gone for Madrid, but I didnt. I wont be making that mistake again.
Jopi - "That was Lt. Gen. Esposito Great updates looking forward to more." Yes it was! More coming!
Allenby - "Very good 2Cs! It must have taken a while to do all that... " Not really. About 3/4 hours one evening.
CrazyBugger - "Thanks for the updates 2Coats & thanks for the pics on the war in the East & the Far East - it looks like quite the game. Now take out the Spanish so you can get on with you WC . But who is it that you're going to take on next? But you probably aren't going to tell us, right? Anyway, thanks for the updates & Great Job!" Cheers. No problem. Well who would you take? Logically, its either Africa, Persia, UK or Ireland! If I take the UK I can logically strike at the Scandanvian nations!
La France Libre - Whoa, Germany whipped out the whooping stick on USSR all of sudden. Jeez, did Germany suddenly discovery jet planes and assault rifles or something!? No, probably the AI! I think that the SU had the bigger army but couldnt make it could anywhere, wereas the higher ORG Germans managed somehow to encircle and crush their weaker enemy.
Commandante - "But seriously, perhaps Italy's now common border with the USSR made the Soviet AI to move too many divisions to guard that border, thus weakening the front against Germany?" Yes, I did wonder about that! They are after all at war with Italy, Germany and Japan! It was all too much for Comrade Stalin.
General Guisan - "2Coats you're the man! Will you continue with 1.06 or stay with current?"
Frankie - "Whoa, you're the man, dishing out updates like there's no tomorrow. Looks like the Soviet back has been broken for good. Surprising to see the Spaniards putting up this much resistance, but you'll eventually prevail, I'm sure." Indeed, although WC isnt looking that likely! A very big decision must soon be made!
Backfire - "good thing Spain joined the allies, think if they would have joined axis!" Not funny! But I had a feeling that 105 spheres of influence werent an issue!
CaptainCernick - "update?" A bit late due to the downtime of the forum!
elbasto - "wow. that was an awful load of updates (for you that is, I'm enjoying this a lot!) It can't be easy to be a beta tester and an aar writer all at once... Keep it up!" Thx. Its not that easy and yes, quite a number of games played as NEW Italy in 106 beta, just so I could ascertain how well the game now plays at 106 compared to 105. And there are huge differences. No more easy conquests!
Exterous - "I'm gone for a week from this AAR and you invade Spain, Germany beats down the Russians and Japan as beats them as well and the Chinese. Good Lord i missed a bunch. Great bunch of updates. I can't imagine how many images you have on your computer for this Keep up the great work. And give us a hint: whats next after Spain? The US? Tibet? or dare I say it.....the Yemenese?!" Thatll teach you. Next time get a day pass! ;-) Intotal probably had around 11000 screenies, but not in one go. Remeber it takes about 1500 for a normal year. Whats next. Not the US and not the Axis. And not SU. Toss up between Africa, UK and Persia.
Jopi - "Wasn't Messe the guy who almost fumbled the Ethiopian campaign?" No hes the best leader in the pack. In charge of the best armoured divisions in the whole esercitio.
markiep - "Wow, what an update, go Italians!!!" Yes. More updates soon.
rafiki - "Wow, huge update. Just out of curiosity, 2coats, how much time does it take to make one scene?" One scene in the previous sense, about 20 minutes. Now in the new format. 10 updates per post, about 40 minutes (more detail)
Korppi - "Great update. I hope Italians will soon crush the Spain." Soon. But not soon enough!
Henry V Keiper - "Seems almost like the war in Spain is a side-show in world events (like the Second Korean War during Vietnam) Time for the Italian armor to run over Spanish babies." Yes. The main push is the Soviet sector. Germany and Japan with their allies are cutting the Red Bear to bone.

I see some troops headed straight for Gibraltar when the province was empty of defenders. Interesting to see if they get there before the Allied troops retreating from Málaga...
