General Grant: Shall I implement Mumia's suggestions on Polany? Can you make city/harbour map of Italy and Galicia as well ?

If you can make id map similar to the one in Germany it will speed up my process as I otherwise have to make such map myself

Ivano-Frankivsk is Ukrainian name of Stanisławów, city in Galicja, Kamianets-Podilskyi would be better. I think that better name for province Stryj would be Stanisławów. Stanisławów was bigger (48.200 inhabitants) than Stryj (27.358) and Stanisławów was a capital city of voivodship.

Simple suggestion : split Gibraltard into Algesiras and Gib (which would be much more smaller).
Anyway, outstanding job so far !

My personal opinion is not to give the British a large chunk of Spain... Why should we do so They can have a island with a fort symbol on it, on the fort stand the soldier..

Here ya go, Spain, 6 new provinces. Gibraltar is the entire southernmost province, even if its much larger than the real British territory.

It would be better if you create Algeciras or you give the territory to Malaga and Sevilla.

The only problem I found (Real problem) is the province of Murcia, who inherit's Murcia and southern Valencia, perhaps it will be better if yo give southern valencia to valencia province, like in this map.

Why? Because with the actual province, is imposible to create Catalonia.

No new provinces invovled however.
'Fix' Valencia and Murcia as well.

About Sicily: I don't think this is necessary. However you may reshape the Sicilian coast a bit so it really looks like Sicily. As suggested, you can fix the Baleares as well. The entire coastline of the old map is ugly and simplified anyway.

And since we are going deep into map changes I'll post a map of Austria with better provinces. Its between the new maps of Germany and Italy, and even Switzerland is beautiful now so I see no reasons to keep the old internal divisions of Austria that are so ugly anyway.

You can select Gibraltar from the "nearby provinces" panel of Málaga and Sevilla. .

Austria, don't care about the borders with the other countries only internal division matter here. Its partly from E3 map, but it happens that I made most of Austria for this project.

No new provinces involved.

Note however I will be more strict on map changes from now, because I've begun working on making the map layer for the red dots between provinces, complicating changes on areas I already fixed.

So please dont make to much changes in areas that are already done Allthough in my opinion the map would be better if we reform internal Austro-Hungaria and France.. However the price to pay would however be time.

And no we won't make any new changes to the retouched areas.

So no suggestion anymore for Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain & such.

Austria-Hungary have already beed retouched 50% since we remade almost all the perepheric regions. Hungary and Bohemia can be left like that, the original map was ok for thoses.

About France... the only regions that may need retouching are the northeast, where a front is likely to be and the provinces there a bigger that before. Southern France, only the border with Spain, COULD be suggest to changes, to allow Greater Catalonia & Basque country. But remaking all of France is a no-thanks.

I think the map would look better creating this new province: instead we could merge the Baleares, yes? This will also give one more free ID

I have one advice if you plan to draw Gibraltar so small, you can use 'nameplate' like we for Gibraltar in E3Map. Continental Gibraltar will look like in reality, but won't be extremelly unclickable and you'll be able to place all needed installations: port, airport, fortifications, army an still have chance to click on this province.

Second advice is using normal blue line with red band (not this blue-red dots - it's hell!). You can do it by blending options of layer using stroke (in Photoshot 2 px line with 1 px outside stroke, we'll it in E3Map). It's much easier, quicker and in my opinion looks better.

If you need IDs, merge some provinces in Siberia, no one use it, even Russians .
