Like title says, I created a new landfill site using the incinerator as a base due the vanilla landfill forces a pile of waste mesh that i dont want. Using the same stats than the vanilla landfill all works as intended but the asset doesnt grow the pollution in the surrounding terrain. Tested with different stats for pollution and nothing worked.

It's true. Landfills don't usually cause ground pollution unless toxic waste or heavy metals are being dumped in them. But they really stink.

XD Maybe I had not been clear, I consider that a bug, I WANT the landfill site pollutes the surrounding terrain, its a nice side effect for game purposes but with the current state of the reference assets it cant be done, or perhaps anyone know how to circumvent that.

Yeah, I misunderstood you; forgot which sub-forum I was on. I guess ground pollution is the only way to mimic stench in the game.

BTW, it's a very nice piece of work. Pity the excavators can't be animated. Maybe someday.
