It just happens that I researched all technologies and now all the income goes to treasury having high inflation. I'm playing with the "Unlimited time" patch, and inflation is getting a problem by now... Any ideas?

They are. When you've researched all technologies and have +3 stability, there is no slider that you can pump your monthly income into. As a result, all of it goes back into the treasury. Even if he had mayors in every province, he'd still be incrfeasing his inflation by .75 every year. That can add up quickly.
