A Minor Suggestion for Ibadi

I'd just like to take a minute to make a small request for Ibadi; would it be possible to change their bonuses? +10% Naval Morale seems to be more geared towards Oman than Ibadis in general, and given their general history of tolerance and passivity, I think +1 Heathen Tolerance would be a better bonus. And maybe it would be possible to throw in the 'Misguided Heretic' bonus that Orthodox and Coptic/Miaphysite gets to further represent it?

should be +2 tolerance of heretics cuz they have a history of neutrality between shia and sunni.

Add the tolerance and I would still like some navy buff on them because of the Shia having army moral.

I think the 'Misguided Heretic' opinion bonus would represent that enough (I.E; they don't necessarily have to be tolerant of Heretics within their borders, but they usually stay out of the power struggles between them outside of them).
