Sometimes i just go through different years to see how map looks and i saw a lot of tags which are not in 1444 and an idea came to my mind.

Tags like Johor, Habsan, Amago, Hojo, Maeda, Tokugawa, Chosokabe, Mori, Ikeda, Oda, Annam, Champassa, Muan Phuang, Vientiane, Bhutan, Palembang, Aceh, Banten, Cirebon (i might have missed some) are in the game but will never be seen if you start at year 1444.

Probably some of them forming were due to certain situation, but I still would love if their cores could spawn in certain time if conditions are met, maybe even historical ones. Maybe even revolt events if they did revolt in real life. It would add variety to the map.

Also, i would love to see more formable tags. It adds more goals to people, specially if they are not going for achievements.

Some of those could make their way into Dynamic Historical Events, like the event about Ethiopian Pirates taking over a port city in India. I imagine that the Japanese Daimyos would be the most useful here, as they would make playing in Japan less predictable.

You have to be careful though. A daimyo event when Japan has been a united empire for 100 years would be vexing and nonsensical for example.

Im sure developers are experienced and would make it work quite well.

They are plenty experienced.

But we still have the Burgundian inheritance which can go to Saxony when the king of Burgundy has a legal heir of age, or even just to Austria with no Spanish involvement whatsoever. As a historical event, that's nonsensical, but it's also not dynamic.

In 3000+ hours of gameplay, I have seen Persia form as it did in history exactly 0 times in any patch, ever, yet there's an event too, and it happens regardless of who holds that land or why.

I'd rather see dynamism that allows generic nations that replicate historical situations to repeat historical feats, than I would to see historical events forced down player throats when they don't have the context that existed in history. Oddly, I have seen Habsan, Bhutan, and Johor a number of times. The others not so much, with the obvious exception of pre-1.8 Aceh.

that's an event?!
Well, yes. It wouldn't really make sense as a decision.

Spain was not involved in the Burgundian Inheritance.
