Hiho, I'm a new/old player to EU IV (new because it's my first EU games, but old because I've plenty experience and hours in Paradox's other GS titles).
I wanted to make a simple suggestions that wouldn't take much time (hopefully), but could improve the game's usability:
If one sets the Building Completed message to pop-up, the pop-up should contain a click-able button (ot link as the province name) to jump the map to the province in question (and eventually even select it).
In my economy-heavy playstyle I build A LOT. And sometimes it's a bit tricky to find the right colony the building was just finished in. My two options are finding it via the name search or clicking on the building line in the righthand tab before it finishes and waiting the last days. Both isn't very comfortable to use. Adding the click-able link to the popup would save me ~5-10 seconds (per building, which sums up to a lot) / the need to constantly watch the building tab and wait..
