A little button?

Is there a slim chance possible that I could add a little button somewhere how ugly it might be.
That could launch a politic event.
Whit many nation alternatives (indicating on with nation you wish to interact whit).
Then a lot of other alternatives that will change relations and other things to that nation.

-One alternative could be that it launches when pressed in the techtree.


This could be a nice mod if I can get it to work nicely thirst.

You could make the tech very easy to research, with all level 1 components.
