As mentioned in the dev diary today. I took the time to look into the historical setup of Yemen during the 11th and 12 century for the upcoming patch. So after the patch tomorrow Arwa al-Sulayhi will exist as a playable ruler of Yemen together with the Sulayhid dynastic enemies of the Nadjahids and some other vassal dynasties. Arwa herself is considered a ruler from the 10th of April 1074 until her death the 12th of March 1138.

Just to check, in-game is she married at any date?

Yes, she's married up until the death of Al-Mukarram 1091. But since Al-Mukarram is her cousin once removed the children of her marriage are of actually her dynasty.
