So, as far as I'm conserned, there will be diffrent kinds of rebells (IN style)
And, for the time of the game syndicalist and anarchist movement where not unusual. And it have been stated that diffrent countrys will have diffrent constutions.

So my question is: How is an country govern if the mob winns? Say in the Spanish Civil war for example.

What the problem with the spanish civil war? If it's still managed by events as in HoI2 you will see the state split in two: a fascist Nationalist Spain and a socialist Republican Spain. If it's managed by the game engine you will see hordes of rebels and if they win Spain turns into a fascist dictature.

...or they could simply reuse the Rome civil war model, where the state splits in two and fights against itself until just one faction remains standing.

In any case, Nationalist Spain will be certainly playable once the war starts. It's one of the more popular countries in HoI2.

but what is republican spain? is it the stalinist supported by sov, CNT, trotskysts etc? They did fight each other from time to time. And the question remains, what happens if anywhere to syndicate wins? Should they be excloded? How will there goverment work? It has been stated that its diffrents between for example the US goverment and the UK in means how the elections work and so on. How will this be simulated in a what if scenario where alterntive socialism take power?
I hope I kind of make my point here...

We dont know exactly how politics will work. But I do not see why the syndicalists should form an entirely new politic system. At the very best, that would be some kind of decentralised, social democrat regime - and at worst a dictature of the proletariat.

I assume that Republican Spain, if modeled realistically, would have several political parties. Some of those parties may be Communist, but then only some would get support from the SU, and not others. All of this would be accompanied by a lot of dissent because of high-organization left-wing parties being left out of the government.

Basically, I expect that Nat. and Rep. Spains will be playable nations, while lesser factions will participate as rebels, in the In Nomine fashion (that is, with the ability of either player to give in to their demands).
