Also. I'm informed that MSVCP100.dll cannot be found, has anyone found a fancy solution yet?
Try running AHD once through Steam itself, I had the same issue with the base game at first, launching it that way should make steam register it in windows registry.

Nice... have to reinstall everything... seems to be buggy... Had a similar problem some days ago, but it was my fault... so I hope, it's running well after reinstallation.

Now it's 19,99 as supposed.
It's not that difficult to understand why they f*cked up - someone thought it was in line with the "other DLCs" (spritepacks) which are listed 1,99 as their normal price.
I'm 100% certain that Pdx will precheck prices beforehand from now on. At least if the merchant doesn't fully cover for their mistakes.
10 minutes with 1,99 - well, at least it isn't as bad for Pdx as 3,99 would be with CK2
Even if the losses for games sold with that amount wouldn't be that much, it would mess everyone's price expectations for a new game. Expansion like AHD is smaller fish compared to that.

price is back to normal it seems. can't say i am not happy for paradox drastically slashing the prices for us first 5 minutes adopters.
There are still no keys around for the cheap versions, I hope steam takes the hit like a man and hands the keys to us cheap buyers, after that has happened im happy

No one has keys yet, I told them about the error. They should pop in eventually. Fear not.
Realistically, they'd refund you. If you do end up getting it at that price, I will curse as I was waiting around to wishlist it and didn't see this till after.
Searching for "Victoria II" in steam didnt show AHD, searching for "A house divided" did, seems Steam hasnt linked AHD to the Victoria search
