Okay.. This is my Ironman game so far but I'm not sure wat to do now.

Current situation:

Byz is allied with Austria. This kinda sucks because for me it is impossible to get such strong allies to defeat them together. I need Byz to be eliminated in order to form Rum (Achievement)

Mamluks are to strong

Georgia is allied with Muscovy.


What will u guys do at this situation?

Do Byzantium not have any other diplomatic relations apart from the Austria alliance?

One option would be to try to bait Byz into guaranteeing someone so you could get into a war with them and annul their Austria alliance.

Wait till your targets allies get into a brutal war and will refuse their CtA?

And while waiting for this, you can blob around to become stronger. At one point you will be strong enough to deal with Byz and Austria together. The relation map modus makes it a bit hard to check your opportunities. But I guess, the anatolian coastal provinces, QQ, Crete, Cyprus, Rhodes, Theodoro or Crimea will be a viable expansion option. Focus east to Persia and India. You don't have a time limit for A Hero's Welcome.
