Hello there! Playing as Austria. It's 1465 and I have secured a PU with Hungary. However, Bohemia is a problem - they didn't get my dinasty and have heirs. However, I know a mission about this problem. But it's not just that. My king died and I got a Queen. This gives a -1000 HRE elector points and if she dies I am going to lose the election and stop being emperor (or do I - my heir is over 15). But this isn't the biggest problem either! Venice is strong, truces are long and AE - enormous! I have taken Istria, Friuli, Brescia and from the Pope - Ancona and, I think Romana. I need Umbria, Rome and one more. AE wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't France. Because the Papal State is allied to France and France is allied to Aragon, which has a PU over England (which is loyal to Aragon). Moreover, Aragon is rivaled by and rivals Castile, to which I am married and have an alliance with. Poland is my passive ally. So, how do I get out of the swamp?
- If you have a mission to solve the problem, is it still a problem? Is getting Bohemia part of your question?
- Having a queen or being lead by one doesn't give -1000. Being ineligible gives -1000 and it depends on your heir, state religion and government form.
If you are being lead by a queen right now it means you have passed pragmatic sanction and she is not the reason you are getting -1000.

- Never take Brescia. Return it to Milan for reduced AE.
- Since we're on that part of the comment, why prevent SKE in the first place? Waste of time and resources.
Do you have a goal in your campaign or do you want to RP? If your goal is to pass reforms just let them leave.
- Poland is one of the worst allies in the game, if not the worst.
- The Papal State being allied to France means they're allied to France and that's it. France's allies do not matter if you don't set France as co-belligerent.
- In fact, none of these alliance nets matter. Who is the pope allied to? Declare on Papal State, make sure you survive for 5 years and if their land is fully occupied after that you get 100% warscore no matter the shape of their allies. Mentioning it just in case you can't get France out of the war in 5 years.
