A-H Question

In order to get the Austria-Hungary Flag and title in 1.03b I am supposed to lose the question over german leadership, or whatever that war with prussia is called. Is that correct? I think i saw that somewere on the forums, I took a look at the events, but couldn't really see if that would happen or not.

this says that u have to contest the leadership and lose the war

this event sets the flag to contest it

so, in order to get the dual monarchy, you have to contest the leadership (not accept it or dual leadership) and lose the war.

VIP has a 2nd event for when you win the war, but the choices are reversed.

Well, I don't know, I'm not a big fan of the Austria Hungary flag myself, though it's a matter of taste.

I'd pick the Austrian monarchy flag, or even the commie one before it though. Try for one of those revolutions :rofl:

Is it just me or are most of the Communist flags just a normal flag of the nation with a sickle/hammer and an added color?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not making a generalization (I especially like the monarchy flags) I'm just curious how readily the hammer/sickle would actually be used on such a large scale.

This may look like a stupid question but when is a war considered lost?

Does province need to change hands, or is any peace settlement which includes a deal with negative WS settlement a lost war?

A white-peace'd war is lost for the nation with negative warscore, and I would be very suprised if any war where one side accepts defeat (even if no provinces are ceded) is considered something other than a loss.
