Attack someone and you should be able to offer them a removal of imperial reform. Just to be sure attack someone small so you can 100% them and force them if they arent interested in revoking a reform.
So I don't think I will make 1650 based on mistakes I made (basically, if you allow Scotland to get full annexed by England, you've screwed up - no-CB scotland to get a foothold if you must, it saves you the hassle of building a bunch of heavies), but Austria should be able to kill Castile/Portugal/England before they get too out of hand, and France can be beaten later as they tend to pick exploration 3rd.How do you do it that quickly? Kill the colonizers and micromanage exploration to protectorate the American natives before CN's form? And how to prevent the Asians/Africans from westernizing?
Still in brainstorming phase but fundamentally - hordes can be annex released as HRE princes. However they don't become horde governments afterwards (meaning no delicious tribal feud CB). This is mostly a problem due to the diplo cost of provinces pre-imperialism - 25 per adds up but there are well-documented workarounds used in other WCs.Let's hear it![]()
So how soon do you get the Burgundian event? I've tried a few times but they always start with a heir that has a strong claim.

yes, you always get the AE costs, and furthermore vassal reconquest does not give AE discount as far as I can tell. However, since people can't join coalition when they are in truce with you, that is not a problem once you are strong enough. If I feed my vassals via transfer occupation, so I get the AE and DIP costs?

As far as DIP costs:
-Vassal reconquest CB make ceding vassal cores free (but not other provinces)
-Your (not vassal) conquest CB makes all claimed province transfers free (whether you take them yourself or give to vassals)
I haven't used other CBs, but I imagine your deus vult would allow you to transfer all occupations for free. However, if your goal is to finish as quickly as possible, then there are better idea groups (in my opinion). Later on you can pick up imperialism which is also free dip on all provinces.
Self-coring is generally only needed if you plan to annex-release HRE princes, since you need them to be your cores to add to HRE.
It's a quite useful trick but you won't be doing a lot of manual coring. In my Austria game I am close to the 200 year mark and I have less than 600 base tax of provinces myself.
November 4th, 1458 according to the hall of fame.Whats the current record for uniting the HRE? I've got 1459![]()
What do you set your Vassals to? Aggressive or decide for themselves?
Wingfoot said that he did it in 13 years, so that must have been 1457. But he also stated that he couldn't repeat it.November 4th, 1458 according to the hall of fame.

There is a factor of luck in there as well.

Not that I know of, no.In his reddit thread about the 13 years run he said it may be possible to do it in even less than 10 years with a little more luck, did he later come back on that?
