Still have to get the last two reforms the old fashioned way, no?
Can't go to war within the empire after landfriede, unless i missed something.

I'm guessing you pass the reform before you ask for the land back.
Rush revoke + protectorate spam has always been the easy ticket for WC. If you can revoke before 1500, you can pretty much chain your vassal swarm into France/Castile/England/Portugal with impunity (there's nobody left in the Christian world that can survive it). All of that 100s of tax added in the world won't mean much when you can one-shot it into protectorate status.
So you are saying that the strategy would be just have all the none western/eastern tech groups as protectorate ?No diplo point for the rest of the game![]()
Just get a big enough war ;-)Good point. Still, that's 10-15 provinces, plus whatever you needed to pass landfriede. Sounds tricky.
You can still go to war within the Empire as the Emperor if your capital is not part of the Empire. Normally if you are forcing your way into the HRE you add your capital asap to remove the penalty, but if you don't it gives you options once that reform has passed. In any case all you need to do now is declare war on someone near the HRE and make all their HRE allies co-beligerent to chain a bunch of HRE nations into war.Still have to get the last two reforms the old fashioned way, no?

I only had 1 coalition war in my playthrough. As you can see in the videos, I often give 2-3 provinces to each ally. Just be patient and don't overdo things.tried it cause I want my WC some day 2 patches f'ed it up for me paradox is just too awesome in patching their games or I am too slow
I find this very hard to do though.
Every time I give more than one province to an ally he immediately gets attacked by others because of AE and is locked in a war then so I can't help
seems you can only do very short, small wars and give only one province per ally? And yes I am usually giving only base tax 6 and less provinces
I revoked the Privilegia in 1464 and the Renovatio Imperii in 1469 after beating BurgundyWoo done it. Year is 1500 and im basically king of the world, even PUed the baltic states. Been trying to do the same to poland but dont think its worth it, might just conquer outright. With the vassal swarm everything is so easy. Declare war. Go make a cup of tea. Come back. Peace out and take what i want. Finally gonna get WC in this patch, got 320 years to finish off france, finnish off russia, finnish off ottoderps, and conquer iberia, then its just protectorate spam
How did you get your last 100 IA that fast as no wars are possible anymore? Imperial Ban on outsiders?I revoked the Privilegia in 1464 and the Renovatio Imperii in 1469 after beating Burgundy![]()
It's been explained above. Or else, go watch the videos. It's all in thereHow did you get your last 100 IA that fast as no wars are possible anymore? Imperial Ban on outsiders?
If your last war is big enough, it won't even be needed.Save up some provinces to revoke and then declare war on someone outside the HRE allied to people inside the HRE (in my game hungary was alled to milan and savoy so they pushed through my second reform (I don't plan on forming greyskin till the end of the game when I have to (hate the colour):

I don't believe they did, no. And that is of course a thing.Did you ever have the Ottomans/Crimea attack Genoa?
