I played a 1914 game as Sweden. The war lasted until 1919 with a cental powers victory. Everyone seemed peaceful, except for UK and Austria who continued at war for at least 4 more years until settling with a white peace.
The second bug involves conversion. Several countries with almost completely insignificant industry ended up with 10 or 15 IC (mongolia, a couple of the mini-Chinas), even though they have a 0 industrial rating while others end up with just 5 IC with the same.
