I got this idea from reading another thread. I go right on the topic: Its just the 1939 grand campaign, but you can't build or do diplomacy or even research. Its a battlescenario, but also an grand campaing. Well I think you'll get the idea...........

1) Add combat = yes in the header.
2) Add:

rules = {
         diplomacy = no
         technology = no
         }

in the globaldata.

3) Add map = { yes = all } after globaldata.

And you've got your scenario.

If production = no isn't in the rules section, you can stil build stuff. It was just a quick'n'dirty solution.

yes i think so its a ww2 data book.... full of numbers and div creation ships and which country had what in what years .....i havent really looked at it that much.
