I had a very nice game wih argentina:

I begun DOW Brasil: I annexed Brasil after one year. So I had all the resorces I need and a good IC (more than 100).

After a while I DOW Venezuela: I took all that oil. It was '39.
I reserched tchs for transport my troop by.

When the war in europe started (with Argentina is Hard to see the events) I DOW the Netherlands (they were still neutral): I conquered Guyana Curacao and started an invasion of Indonesia.

My army was nice and Nl was a nice enemy.

I stopped when Germany asked me an alliance.......

The only problem with Turkey is that its a democracy. So without staging a coup the only way to DoW is to join an alliance. If you've built up your army well enough you should be able to kick both France and the UK out of the Middle East before heading north to the USSR border - which with a few forts, and planes, is easy to hold.

Last time I played as Turkey (1.6 without CORE) I joined the axis and drove down to Ethophia before heading north to launch my invasion of sourthern Russia. This was all with out using MA. I'd just taken Baku when the game froze and refused to run that campaign again
