I recently downloaded DAIM and without playing in a full game, how do I know it has been installed correctly. Also, what is SEMP, as most people add it. And Finally where can I download patch 1.3b, as I only see 1.2 on the official page. Thanks!

1.)After a few days there should be an event for every nation with DAIM AI that DAIM has been installed korrektly
