Okay, still playing USA. It is now 1950 and I have defeated Nazi Germany but am at war with the USSR. I have researched everything, equipped my armies with the latest and greatest and am driving on Kyiv with the help of my allies. In the Pacific, Japan still remains as attempted invasions were defeated. She controls much of mainland Asia including most of India along with her ally, Siam. So, here are my questions:

a) I am still not getting any kind of production from my factories. I have numerous factories building all sorts of weapons, but nothing appears to be getting to the front. I have no issues with materials or infrastructure. I have selected replacements to have a high priority and then reselected everything to be average priority. Still nothing appears to change. Nothing is even reaching new recruits and they have basically stopped training despite having over 5M in draftable population. What am I doing wrong here?

b) Can someone please give a me a quick and dirty on the new supply system. I have seen videos on YouTube but, more often than not, the narrators go through it too quickly.

c) Is it advisable to take charge of the faction? It appears that allies are worthless because you cannot coordinate strategy or attacks.

d) Can someone please explain the Peace Process? When Germany surrendered it came up and I was clueless. The result ended up being the establishment of many small communist states that were quickly subdued due to the many allied armies in the area.

Many thanks.

Can you send a screenshot of your logistics page? The one that shows the total surplus of deficit of your equipment, as well as daily changes.

Thanks. your factories certainly are producing, and new equipment certainly is making it to the front. The problem is that you're burning through equipment faster than you are producing it. There are 2 solutions to this problem, one being producing even moar of the equipment, and the other being to try to cut down on the amount of equipment you're burning up. I think building more is easy enough, but it also isn't really the root of the problem so I'm just going to talk about cutting down on losses.

First up, I'd suggest putting a pause on your offensives. Especially if you're just drawing lines and hitting go with infantry formations. Infantry offensives are notorious for burning through lots of equipment.

Second, attrition based on location. Get your soldiers out of marshes and off mountains, if they are moving or fighting in those terrains they're going to be suffering a lot of attrition. Attrition destroys equipment.

Third, is attrition from supply. All of your theaters are in a very poor supply situation, which is going to cause attrition. I'd be putting a great amount of effort into improving the supply situation, but I'll put this aside for now and move on.

Fourth, your army is way bigger than it really needs to be. Stop training new forces, you can't even support the ones you have in the field right now.

Fifth, I'm not sure exactly what style of formations you're using, but you have over 400 of them and that is way too many. Consolidating, or just deleting some of the formations will reduce the strain on supplies, and put less demand on your equipment stocks, while also reallocating whatever equipment that formation was using, which is all of the problems you're having.

About the third point with fixing the supply situation, I'd need a screenshot of your supply map mode, showing where all of your forces are, where the supply hubs are, where the railroads are, what your motorization level is for the supply, and your repair queue to see how much of the infra structure, railroads, and supply hubs are damaged and non-functional. Barring any of that, just pull formations out of the no-supply zones and have them rebuild their supply grace, and then dive them into combat until their grace runs out and pull them out again. You can also use transport aircraft to try to improve the supply situation (if you have waking the tiger DLC)

Will upload shortly, but I am not sure this explains why my Pacific forces are also depleted. They are all sitting on islands just waiting for invasion and not doing anything. I suspected that my supply issues may have to do with constant combat and have thought about taking them all out of the line and moving them to a controlled port in Europe.

Okay, here are two supply maps, one for Europe and one for the Pacific. Hope this helps.

Well, I can't really see the frontline against the soviets, but what I can around the UI on the far right, is a bunch of red on where I imagine the frontline is. While your supply chain itself looks solid, supplies aren't reaching the front. That could be the result of not using a high enough motorization level on the hubs to push supplies further from them, or that the hubs themselves are just too far away and you should build/capture some closer to where your units actually are.

You can adjust the motorization level of hubs in 2 places. Either click on the hubs themselves, you can click on the horse and change it into truck or double truck. Or you can select the army group/army, and on the top bar which usually shows the officer portrait you should see a horse, double truck or triple truck. If you're trying to push supplies further away from hubs, try to increase motorization. Be warned that this does take trucks out of your stockpile to move the supplies, and makes them vulnerable to enemy logistics bombing.

What I definitely can see the Pacific is that at the tip of the phillipines where you have 48 formations, and in okinawa where you have 84. You are super-stacking those supply zones and they definitely do not have enough supply to support that, they will undoubtedly be suffering attrition.

If you go through your list of divisions, anywhere you see a little while skull on overlaid in the middle of their division icon in the list on the left side, or a red skull on the top right corner of their icon on the map, they are suffering attrition. You can hover your mouse over it for more detail about what sort of attrition you're suffering.

I also just remembered. You can click the clip-board looking thing on your theaters to open up the combat log, and if you move over to the equipment tab it actually tells you how much equipment has been lost to attrition.
