A few missing national Ideas

Is there a reason things like:

Papal Influence

Yearly Devotion

Good produced nationally

are absent from nation designer? Are they considered "unique" like the french "Double impact of natives" Idea or is it just an oversight? Because I would love to make a truly devoted catholic nation, but right now I can't.

I think its an oversight, coz i can really not see any reason why this is not in there.

Neither do I. Yearly Devotion would be pretty new so thats ok, but the other two ... Hope they will be added soon
