Improvements that I would think could improve the game:
-Domestic policies (such as National Identity, Social Policy and Ethnic Focus).
-Instead of upgrading from say 36' infantry to 39' infantry when 41' infantry are available, isn't it just a waste of equipment when you could just upgrade from 36' to 41'? If you think about it, no Country would ever upgrade to equipment that they are simply going to discard again.
-When enemy divisions are encircled on the map, they can fight until they lose all strength (which obviously means they fought to the death) or they fight until their organisation runs out, and then simply disappear. What if the remaining strength of the enemy was converted into P.O.Ws? This would be an incredibly realistic feature to the game as millions of prisoners on all sides were taken during the war. They could be like an extra manpower count, working in factories and P.O.W camps to help lower the manpower cost for production (and maybe increasing IC). Like the mobilisation system, this could work given some consideration.
