I'm still playing 1.1 so I don't know if this has been fixed in 1.2. But I read through the bug fixes and couldn't find it anywhere.
So here goes:
France has the tankette cal .30 tech, but not basic gear, suspension and engine, neither has it tankette prototype. AFAIK you don't need to research them anymore, so you might as well give France those techs from the start.
Another point is a General wrongly placed as an air leader: namely General Le Gentilhomme (commando skill 3). I crosschecked it with vanilla 1.06, but it is only in the Super AI Bundle 1.1
Once again I apologize if this has been fixed in 1.2
