Any and all councillors who are against this coup are fully allowed to move to my estate in bavaria and make anogvernment in exile. Since the coup seams to be picking up steam too fast too stop anyone who leaves willbe there for when my allies come in and win re-instate the old government atleats what is left of it.

I will withdraw from Vienna and establish myself in Carniola, to better direct the State. The situation in the Federation is absurdly volatile, and Carniola must have leadership in this time of crisis.
Well gentlemen, as Codrinaru has stepped down from his office as President, and because Vice-President Janos Papp is currently unavailable, I am hereby declaring myself President of this Federation.
I am also removing all councillors from their position in the cabinet, and consolidating all offices into the Presidency for the duration of my term. All councillors removed from office shall be found as staying neutral in this conflict, or as being friends of the Generals.
When, and how I wish I could say if, this coup succeeds I shall take all charges levied against all members of the cabinet during Codrinaru’s presidency, as being levied against me, as I am the occupier of all the offices.
This Federation is dead, but there is no need for my friends to die with it.
