((theAhawk, can you put up something, if one does not exist, detailing what exactly are the responsibilites of the individual cabnit positions?))
((And this is what my taxpayer dollars pay for? ))Francesco de Palma and the British Foreign Minister enjoy a nice cup of tea the day of the coup attempt; had he been aware of its existence, de Palma would be against such a coup. After the two finish their cup, they (and their fiancee and wife, respectively) leave London for small party being held by the Earl of Bradford.
I am glad that godawful business is finally over with so that we can get along with the business of governing. I don't believe in taking colonial territory from the Spaniards past a few barely-inhabited naval bases, so I think the Philippines should be liberated instead of taken.Gomułka, upon hearing the news of the President's speech, returns to Vienna and enters the chambers.
I have failed the people of this Federation by becoming the very monster I swore to fight against. For this I am eternally sorry, I can only ask that I am forgiven by God for what I have done and am about to do...
Gomułka grabs the service pistol of a Federal officer, shoves it under his jaw and pulls the trigger. He collapses shortly after.

While you were cleared by trial by combat, I don't know if the President is ready to give you back a position, but I don't speak for the President, so I don't know, but don't hold your breath.Amendment on Presidential Veto and Impeachment: Nay
War and Emergencies Act: Nay

May I have my job back now? I have a war to win.
As for the Veto and Impeachment Amendment, despite claims that it gives more power to Congress by allowing it to dismiss the President, this is a complete falsehood. We have, right now, an example of a President abusing his power and behaving as a petty King, trying to ignore the constitution. No more power should be given to him than what he now possesses - and a veto is one such power.
I believe the President should be able to be removed by Congress without having veto power. Unlike what Mr. Soukup seems to believe, the range of action permitted by executive orders is not unlimited - a President cannot last long without the confidence of Congress. And yet, Deputy Papp, by voting against the Veto and Impeachment Amendment you prevent Congress from removing the President if he behaves like a king. The President could do whatever the hell he pleases and Congress would be helpless to stop him. In addition, the same is true for Congress if the President does not have the power to veto any bills passed by it. It could pass whatever bills it wants to and the President could do nothing about it. This amendment gives more power to both the President and Congress. It creates an additional set of checks and balances which ensures that one branch of government does not have more power than another.

The Liberity of States Act should as well, as it does set some rules.I assume that the Democratic Republic Act will require a two-thirds majority.

((Yes and yes.))The Liberity of States Act should as well, as it does set some rules.
We differ in opinions. I do not want the powers of the President to be increased when our states are so divided - the Presidency will always fail to represent all of them. Congress has more legitimacy in my eyes and therefore, should have the more power. And yet the President should be able to also check the power of Congress as well. You are proposing to create an unbalanced system in which Congress has more power than the President. The President and Congress should be equally powerful. The President should be able to check the power of Congress and Congress should be able to check the power of the President. I will oppose any efforts to give Congress more power than the President.
~ Silvestro Marconi, President of and Councillor for Cisalpina
Even with the veto, Congress has more power. They can change the entire government with a 2/3rds majority. In our current system, the President has no power at all over Congress besides being able to disolve it.((Yes and yes.))
