A double extra warning for attacking a nation you are in a truce with.

I am sure this has bin asked before, but we need a big ol pop up that says are you super sure you want to attack this nation you are in a truce in, because i just killed my Holland game thanks to it. -3 stab, and ae up the wazoo. Its not the first time i have done this, and i know many people feel my pain.

Please add a retard fail safe for us special people.

Maybe a general pop up, if you are going to lose stability by declaring war. The same could happen with military access or royal marriage.
