1. So basically you use your armies as a deterrent for the smaller countries and diplomacy to bribe the rest. Is there no other way!
2. So the AI is always in for a nice war, if differences are too great in military respect even if they have a peaceful, trade empirialistic or expansionistic nature.

More questions. Oh God help us :) .

1. Can you set any treaty for ... years :confused: ?
2. Are there non-border-troops treaties possible? This means no (or a set number of) troops can be stationed at the border provinces between the two countries. Also these provinces must lie exclusively between the provinces of the two countries involved.

The second can be a constructive one to be used with other treaties for example an alliance.
I haven't seen them both in the game (yet). Are they implemented? Guess not maybe something for EU2 I hope.
