He had no sucession rights, because of the morganatic marriage, so Kyril is way ahead of him in that regard

but what if he married someone else like maybe one of Wilhelm II daughters this is Kasierreich who says we can't change that

The morganatic marriage of his parents happened in 1912, he basically lost his right to the throne because of who his mother was.

Not possible: He is of morganatic descent.

IIRC the imperial russian inheritance laws required:

a) patrilinear descent
b) both parents had to be high aristocracy
c) both parents must be of orthodox faith at the time of birth
