Instead of defending French borders I will try to lunch an offensive against Germany.

Fact 1: Germany is superior in every aspect,
Fact 2: Because of her low manpower England could not help us.
Fact 3: Because of incompetance of our Research teams and Doctrine German armies have much higher organisation levels.

With every passing day Germany will get stronger, so we must cripple Germany as soon as possible.
Production of Armor divisions as well as air units are out of question due to their high cost. We must rely on our Infantry but low manpower is also a problem for us.

I am looking forward for advices

Ok, good luck! What?! An advice. Arf! Why me? :p You don't tell us if you begin in 36 or 39 because it's real not same start... Moreover, you point out important facts. Rush forward Germany it's a good idea but don't forget you're a Democracy and this state seems some little disagrements to declare war.

A last word, seek my french AAR well I have resisted more than 20 days against Wermacht: Funky Froggy. It's fun and short to read, and maybe you could find one or two ideas.

So you'll take them out for a meal? :p

Good luck! I know you say you won't build aircraft, but I'm going to recommend building CAS. They are quite cheap and are very good at bombing the enemy to pieces.

Attacking Germany as they fight with Poland is easy. About 100 inf divs + some art should be more than enough, and war would be over till xmass ;).

CAS can be very usefull thanks for the advice. I will build as much Infantry divisons as I can but I was thinking on attaching them Eng. Eng or Art?

I choose Eng because of speed. I want my Inf to keep up with my Mot. Can Art be more effective?

Only Infantry it's really a slow way. I council you too to take CAGs and if I remembered you've some Arm Divs in 36. For me Arm Divs just essentially give speed for encirclement you could take sheap Cavs but it's far away weak in combat. Good luck!

only 2 armored div and 4 cav divisions(18) which I disbanded :) I will use mot to reach berlin. I will encircle Wehrmacht in freiburg and essen only.

I'm trying the smae thing... I put the Cav with the origional two ARmor... won't slow it down much and you get the combined arms bonus. new armor is getting MOT suport as it becomes available.

I am a little lucky in this game, miraculous breakthrough(advanced cons) and accidental discovery(adv machine) happened to me. I went with Keep current goverment and Ignore him in rogue politician event.

I also supported Republican Spain.

You did a real good choice to support Spain. I hope you will have a "friendly neutral" Spain when war will begin.

this is a moderately easy thing to do. just finished playing the same thing myself (1936, N/F). i even conquered the USA :D . the little but critical detail is to take control of the polish forces as soon as u ally with them. then move all their forces to warsaw. and keep them there. this will keep lots of the creamiest german wehrmacht in the east. you can then break out from Metz.
another thing is to delete ALL your tac bombers. they take too long to upgrade and the early ones are useless.
once you break out of Metz into Saarbrucken, try to grab Munster, Dortmund and Wilhelmshafen as well to encircle the eastern provinces. Destroy the armies in the eastern provinces and then dig in for the winter. Come spring 1940, advance slowly with massed infantry, taking care to always hold Saarbrucken, else your link with Metz will be cut and all your army destroyed. I had Germany conquered by spring 1941.

Thanks for your advice on tac, but I already disbanded them and I will not take control of Polish forces just to make it a little easier for germany :) I will try to annex Germany before christmas. I am planning to move forward wthout any interval which will help Germany reinforce its armies.

Eh? I thought that Human Wave was best suited to an defence of attrition, in the style of the Soviets or Chinese with their large reserves of manpower. I don't think its suited to what you're planning.
