A couple of questions on playing Ottoman Empire on historical setting.

Hi all, first time playing Turkey trying to re-establish Ottoman Empire, have a lots of question en route, hopefully you guys could share some advises:
1. Is it possible to avoid Cilvil war to form Ottoman Empire?
2. For "Utilise Foreign Capital", Which major nations should I ask for investment?
3. "Align Bulgaria" focus would force Bulgaria becoming my puppet, preventing me from conquering their land. Is it WAD? How can I get around it?
4. The same with "The Pan-National Association of Ulemas", how do I take Iraqs land if she became my puppet?
5. For "The Damascus Diktat" focus, what is the chance that France/Vicky France would cede the territory to me? Does it matter to station troops along the Syria border?

I was playing as Ottoman Turkey a while ago, but this is how I remember this:

1. No, but this CW is easy. You can use it to cheese a little; ensure, that You have at least 300 PP before CW, thanks that You can pick war economy and extensive conscription relatevely fast.
2. I do it in this way: UK and USA, when I was democratic, USSR and Germany, when I was non-aligned. I'm not sure, if France and Italy had even responded.
3. No, unfortunately this is one of the most annoying focus in entire HOI4. I don't know, if this was changed, but result of this event was scripted on the start of the game. So no matter what to do - You have no influences on this, what gonna happen. So - if Bulgaria resufes, You get war goal, so almost freebie. If joins You - You need to integrate them via autonomy system.
4. This is another annoying focus, because if You want proper result, You need pick focuses in proper order. Taureor explained it very well:

5. If I'm not mistaken, I try to get this territory for my own in the peace deal as a part of the Axis. I haven't remember this, but even You take this territory via focus, Free France can take it away from You via their focus or border conflict:

I try to forming Turan - once again, this time every steps. For first step I need Syria and Lebanon from Vichy France. My strategy was: joining Axis and declaring war to Vichy France during fight the Soviets, so they join Kommintern. I tried it...
