So, i made 2 playthroughs so far and put 60+h in it, the game is pretty awesome, especially the lata game magic that gives the feel of true power.

1st i sided with the Disfavored and the playthrough made almost complete sense except the part with the blighting of the Stone Sea, i figured that if i were a tad smarter i could have made both Ashe and Tunon bend the knee, instead i only got Ashe

2nd i sided with the Chorus because i wanted access to more powerful magic and figured that Nerat would at least give me something, or that i could have him as my personal Google for knowledge. However, he did not want to cooperate and had to be killed with the knowledge dying with him... So much juicy knowledge... I was heartbroken..
But thats not even the worst part, you lose the Chorus too, the buggers dissipate like snow in july

Ill go for a rebel play now, and after that ill go a disfavored path to try to get both ashe and tunon, possibly bleden in the mix

My question is - can you make Nerat bend the knee?

You can have Tunon submitting to you on any route if you have enough loyalty with him and say right things at the trial. Bleden Mark submits only on anarchy route.

You can do that by sacrificing one of your companions to possess his body.

did a rerun of the last autosave from the scarlett path, bleden wanted to gut me even tho i had lvl 5 favor (appears that if you dont have lvl 3 favor before your trial he will try to gut you no matter how much he likes you afterwards)
had lvl 5 + 98% favor with voices and i had "insufficient rep" to screw him over, but gave him barik and barik became the new voices :)

i went to my trial with lvl 2 bleden favor, and had exchanged letters with him, at that point the game decides whether he goes for your neck or not i guess

at my trial tunon decreed that ashe is guilty (he agrees with whoever you decide is guilty, cause he likes you, has your poster, and wants to name his babies after you) and calls bleden to execute him, if you tell him you will do it personally you get a massive opinion boost worth 2lvls

after you kill ashe/nerat you go back and if you go subterfuge you get enough favor to get to lvl 5, but the bugger still goes at you... even tho now he is fighting tunon on who will name his firstborn after you :D
