Sorry to hijack this thread, but is there any information about tollbooths available ?
To make people use public transportation rather than their own cars ?
I have no idea, and why not just create a new thread?

nur bedingt...

can't really work that way on a narrow space. Look at the bottom right T-section. While the part to the right is elevated, the part going north must be lower. So you either get an extremely steep road, or an Escher-Picture :) while being basically the same, the one you posted has the better angles for that

Yes, the perspective is wrong and we have to see what the roads are capable of (and it still should look realistic). Maybe a compromise between ascending and descending highways, but there won't be underpasses in the release version, right? (but later for sure)

edit: I just saw a 6 lane one way road *hype* I hope the devs make the car AI smart enough to not switch on an improvised merging lane (4 lane -> 6 lane intersection -> 4 lane)

I think Citybound will make a very good road system, if you guys already saw the video you can add lanes to an existing road so that marging lanes will be possible. I think its my second biggest hype after Skyline. :)

Provided he finally finishes doing theses and emigrating, and getting married (and I guess it will be babies next) and gets on with it lol :D

If this isn't one of the first mods I will be surprised. Or in the first pack with tunnels. CO seems interested in what we are saying and considering that in NA and EU that highways have merge lanes and things I expect they will be coming along soon. I am just happy that the game is coming out and will be able to be added onto and manipulable. Also the clarification from PDXcon the ability to unlock the maps to allow LARGE maps for people (such as myself) with powerful gaming PCs.

Also MAP EDITOR! Freaking amazing! A lot of things I wanted SC5 (err Game that shall not be named) to have.

Hey, that's from my city! :D (Ottawa, Canada)

I used to work in a building just beyond the lower-left corner of the picture.

I'm hopeful too, but the fact that there hasn't been even a possible/not possible is worrying.

I'm actually not that impressed considering what was possible to do in their previous game (CiM2):

Wow. I actually like this intersection. I'm gonna try build something similar in my cities.
