To be honest, I'm too busy for regular MP games so would be a lousy Generalissimo. If anyone fancies overseeing the glorious Spanish resurgence followed by a stab in the back and total world conquest, its all theirs.
Imperial Japan welcomes the honorable fins to our alliance as for France you were the primary blockade to a German victory in the great war. Denied. However Belgian is welcome

Idk about communist china but main china perhaps. I played it in Hoi3. I think it definitely has manpower.

Also as my small nation would like to gain dominion over my cultural brothers in the north (the Netherlands) and some part of France (mainly North territory) to restore our lost territories we lost to Louis XIV (curse those French fools).
Plans are to start expansion of the Belgian industry and mainly focus on the army and airforce.
About the colonies the dutch eats indies will ofc go to Japan in trade to have a trade open to supply Belgian with the needed share for the industry Other Dutch colonies Belgium does not want as they are insignificant and thus a burden to our nation.

Henceforth these nations_ do recognise the sphere of influence of said nations and shall safeguard the interest of each nation in the alliance to the best of their ability .
Safeguarding intrest is defined as sending troops supplies and military access through said nation in order to secure territory for said nation or bolster said nations fighting force's
No nation shall use info gained by the axis high alliance to attempt to conspire with axis enemies or bring internal wars to members of the axis high alliance penalty for doing so is death

Assuming non-fascist nations are ok to join (and lets be honest if this is an actual organised MP, 3 months down the line who knows what may happen) might I suggest you BOTH play as the USSR? That's doable and this way you can divide the responsibility or simply have the ability to concentrate on multiple fronts better. Just a thought
I can't speak for the OP but I'd welcome newbies personally. HoI is my favorite IP and I love getting new people into it too.

The German Reich's Pre-war Buildup (in early alpha, all information subject to change)
FACTORIES
All available space for dockyards will be filled ASAP. The remaining territories will be divided between a healthy Civilian factory buildup to the West, while the majority of new Military industry will be concentrated East. Once Austria safely brought back into the fold, a Synthetic industry will be developed in this region. Airbases will also be constructed in the southern area's, to help Italy, as well as in the former Czech territory, for future usage against the Red's.
HEER, KRIEGSMARINE and LUFTWAFFE
Because of my nations desire to rebuild her Navy greater than ever before, valuable steel will be required that would have otherwise been used for tanks and planes. Therefore, our Army will be more structured around many powerful Infantry divisions, with a few armored columns for hitting the enemy in their weakest points. The only major focus of armour will be in Light tanks, which we will built in large amounts for deployment in North Africa, to give our men some extra push. Investment into making these more reliable will doubtlessly increase their viability as the years go by.
U-boots of course will be built in generous amounts, but early on we will have production lines for Heavy Cruisers, Light Cruisers, and Battleships, which will be filled more and more as we seize more dockyards. Germany recognizes the increasing usefulness of the Carrier doctrine but cannot afford to expend the extra research and manufacturing of aircraft to accompany it, and therefore will focus purely on Battleships to support her claims overseas.
The Luftwaffe, perhaps to its disappointment, is getting the short end of the stick, with the sole focus being Interceptors and Close Air supports. We must rule the skies to protect our own homes and people, we've no lives or time to spare developing long range or naval bombers, at least not until after the Soviet resources are brought to the table.
