Yeah it will turn into ww 10!I think as long as its fairly open to negotiation, and not locked into 'It's this and it will stay like this!' then things will work out in time. I play D&D with people all over the globe and after a week or two everyone easily reaches an agreement of what time works best for the majority. Of course, it's impossible to cater to everybody, but lets be real here, June 6th is going to be THE MP day most likely, as we drop everything to unload 2 years of hype, so finding a game wont be too difficult

What are your plans to help the imperial Japan and the third Reich?
Admiral, might I propose a coordinated seizure of The Bosphorus. With secure access to the Black Sea, an Italian invasion of Crimea would not be entirely impossible, striking the Soviets right in the belly when the time comes.
Alternatively, with control of the Suez, our combined fleets will be able to better aid Japan in their war for control of the Pacific, especially if the American's get involved.
If i can secure the mediteranean I can send the Italian fleet freely to help either of you. I hope to be in a position to support a possible invasion of the foul british islands, or to help the honourable japanese in their righteous conquest of asia and secure the pacific!
Control of the Suez and Gibraltar are of the greatest import, without these I will not have the freedom of movement to support either of you.
As to the soviet threat: I agree to your proposal for a co-ordinated strike on the Bosphorus and an Italian invasion of the Crimea as well as a more conventional front in the caucasus.
As to further assist both the Empire of the Rising sun and the Third Reich I also aim for the conquest of the oil fields in Iraq and Iran so as to secure this for our empires
I support this, and naturally I request the rich Soviet oil fields of Baku. If you wish to control the whole of Turkey in order to open a front in the Caucasus I will support with the Afrika Corps. In exchange (because Baku is close to Iraq and Iran, and no doubt will be seized by you first) you will of course be given every coastal province in the Black Sea. Italy's control of the Mediterranean is to be absolute, and I care not giving up Iraq and Iran if it will help accomplish this. If however Baku is too much of a prize to share, I simply ask you willingly share its rich bounty via trade, while I build a strong synthetic industry to support my own needs.
Gibraltar WILL fall, I personally will insist the Kriegsmarine do their best to harass its supply and troop convoys, weakening it as much as possible. Perhaps Franco could be 'persuaded' to allow my troops military access, so the Heer can support you from land as well.

This is Generalisimo Franco of the glorious resurgent empire of spain. Unfortunately I am having a little difficulty persuading my countrymen that I am indeed their ruler right now but do not worry, they shall see reason soon enough..
... But just in case they don't can I rely on my close friends in Rome and Berlin to provide me with some equipment? It will all be returned of course once the rebellious colonies are brought back in line. Also if you would like to send any of your men on holiday here they are more than welcome! Just, remind them to pack their rifles.

If America is part of the Allies, they may be forced to White Peace if we beat down Britain and France absolutely. Even if we don't achieve all our goals in one fell swoop, I still believe the Soviets must be delt with AFTER an Allied capitulation. After the Soviets are dealt with, then I think a 3 way Partition of America is possible. Of course, I will do my best to support my own Allies, should the war take any unexpected turns.

But most importantly, your nation will be among the first to experience truly Modern Warfare. The lessons learned are sure to be of immense help.
Greenland is definitely the most ideal staging ground for my Strategic Bombers. If all goes well however, and America doesn't even join Britain before she is crushed, I beleive her Canadian holdings and even Canada itself will be the perfect place for troop buildup. This is of course only under the best of scenarios.
What of south America I assume the furhrer still wants it yes?

In terms of occupation policy, I'll promote collaboration. Germany cannot garrison such vast territorial gains with Germans alone, I personally will bear the mantle of a liberator, not a conqueror.

No invasion is scheduled unless it is after the fall of the Soviets. Of course if Britain pulls them in regardless we'll have to adapt, but ideally, we leave the Yanks for last.
Naturally he craves the exotic goods of South America, however, with the American's proclaiming guardianship of the entire continent, and incursion here will have to coincide with an invasion of America itself.
