At present Axis high command is struggling to keep track of the current fronts as it is. If anyone would like to propose a solution to the Spanish question feel free to share, I am currently tied trying to win over China 
I will start work on a plan to repel an invasion of fascist spain, I am however tied doing my job at the moment.

Intel reports from an axis intelligence showed us that the allies do plan to threaten Spain's proclaimed neutrality by invasion plans from several fronts and naval invasions.
We believed at first that the allies could be trusted rather than the axis but as things turn out they are nothing but hypocrites and we are more than inclined to cooperate with the axis forces taken that they can ensure the safety of the (for now) republic of spain and her people.

It is sad to see the Allies still have not learned from their errors.

Plan of attack was prepared in case of Spain joining Axis. If Spain stays neutral no actions will be taken, but if Spain jiins Axis be sure we will answner that hard and fast. That i promise you.

It does not matter what circumstances that plan was conceived, it was the fact it was conceived at all. The Axis have NEVER, and as it stands never shall formulate a plan of attack against the Spanish. Whatever path the Spanish choose, we respect their neutrality, unlike SOME hypocritical nations claim.
The diplomacy of you elitists is to bully whoever you disagree with into accepting the status quo. Germany has not made a single show of force to win allies to her side, because we know we don't have to, that's YOUR department.

Italy feels oblidged to let Spain know that plans for a DEFENCE of spain were already in the works and shall be presented here in due time.
Hold that thought Brother, for now we should respect their neutrality, lest we be lumped together with these elitist meddling old men who do nothing but interfere with other countries. We should also note that said plan of defense was in retaliation to the Allied plan of aggression.
As Supreme Commander of the Axis Forces in Europe, I pledge we shall LEAVE SPAIN ALONE, so long as she remains neutral.
That's the official figure. In theory it can support more.
I know of EU4 games with around 80 people in them. They are however weekly games organised on reddit with most or all players hailing from the same country or region.
Hotjoin to this day doesn't work properly in EU4 (causes OOS), so I seriously doubt it will work in HoI4 either.

well i usually have the same odd timings of sleep ( because of my work )
my play times MAY coincide with the AUSSIES ( if they decide to play during late/mid nights )
