Thanks to anyone that helps me out with these. :) Since Paradox offered no instructions on how to do stuff for Conclave's Court functions, it's been difficult for me to figure stuff out. A lot of these questions are related so please don't let the wall of text scare you.

1. How do I ask the court to change a law? I am Chancellor for my Liege and see my Liege's law options but I cannot click anything. When I right click the king I have no options that refer to court.

2. How do I propose changing Levy/Tax slider on my Liege's court?

3. How do I try and get the Court/King to allow more options for women at my Liege's level?

4. As a council member in my king's court, is there a way I can start a push to change succession laws?

5. In elective succession, can I buy a favor so someone (not on council) to vote for a selected individual like myself or my child? I have not seen this option. If not, how do can I influence them outside of money gift which does not tell them who to vote for?

6. When a council member asks that I support his vote, how do I know what it's going to be about? It appears he could propose some law that would gimp me because I don't know what law he has in mind. It's like like writing a blank check.

7. Other council member keep asking me for "free" favors, favors that don't cost 80 gold. But how do I do this? I don't see it in right click options.

8. A Stewerd keeps asking me for free favors and I keep declining which is hurting my relationship with him I think. He has plenty of money so why isn't he offering me gold for a favor instead of this freebie way that so far does me no good?

9. If my Liege really hates me, should I automatically set myself to malcontent?

10. Is there a way with "favors owed" to get a claim on a county, barony, or city when you have no claim at all? Like if they were a Duchy holder, a way to get a claim via favors which I can press on one of his counties that he does not control directly?

11. This question is not council-related but from Intrigue - will the king grant a title to me if I'm at my max Desmense limit? I've tried like 10 times and always been rejected but thought maybe it's because he doesn't like me.

12. I owned all the counties in the Kingdom of Burgondy but the title for King had no been created. Then the king of France, decided to make it a Kingdom, took one county away from me to give to someone not related to either of us, to my dismay gave HIM the title King of Burgondy and granted Burgondy independence. What is the fastest way for me to remove him from power so I can have my rightful throne? I apparently can't declare war since he hasn't imprisoned any of my relatives. I am on the council so I wondered if there is anything can do there. He is pathetically weak compared to me.

Thanks again for the help, I really appreciatethe assistance. :)

On the last point, you COULD just declare independence and then peacefully usurp Burgundy, since you're the one with the land rights.

1 - 3: You might need a favor from your liege and possibly need the council to be discontent. I haven't played much as a vassal yet so i'm not 100% on that.

4 -5: You can't. You can only change the realm and crown laws as a vassal.

6 - 8: Those "free" favors I think are a council support request. You won't know what the law they want changed until they request it but if you support them they wil owe you a favor.

9 - Not always, keep your own goals in mind and try to think ahead of what your liege will do. For example if you are surrounded by many small nations and don't want your liege to declare war on them set yourself to gloryhound and you will only vote for wars against larger nations and don't get the opinion hit because you are malcontent.

10 - No, sorry :(

11 - I'm not 100% sure but it's not likely. He especially won't if he is far under his desmesne limit, greedy, arbitrary or has some other bad traits

12 - As Starsword said if you hold a lot more land and are a lot stronger than him, make an independence faction and fire that. He may give it to you outright without a war and if you get it and are the same religion you can usurp Burgundy from him if you hold 51% of the de-jure land. If any of his other vassals owe you a favor you can call them in to vote in the same faction as you and make a massive independence faction.

Hope I helped you out a bit and you get as much enjoyment from CK2 as I have in the future. :)

Thank you, thank you, thank you humanoid typhoon. With no tutorials, no manual, no wiki guide, and no dedicated forum post to explain exactly how to do this stuff, I'd been spinning my wheels for weeks. Very nice of the community to take up slack from Paradox.

I am still confused why the AI, in over 50 hours of gameplay in Conclave, has never offered to pay me a dime for favors. And yet to be able to make changes to liege laws will be fiscally irresponsible for me as it will take 1-3 years worth of income to buy my way to change.

#12 - I didn't know starsword was referring to creating a faction. I'd never used the faction window in a Intrigue except to check faction power. You've opened up a whole new world to me. Thank you!!! And thanks again for taking the time to try and explain this entire part of the game. I really appreciate it so very much :) :) :)

He had more information than I did, actually. I was under the impression there was a diplomatic option to simply declare independence (by right-clicking on either yourself or your liege); I didn't realize a faction was required.

Glad to help you out. :) You can straight up declare war on your liege for independence but it is always better to try and faction for it because you could get help from some of his other vassals. Although, with Conclave you could make the entire realm rebel for independence if you have enough favors. :D

If he controls all but the one county I think he's got the troops to do it himself (and it's doubtful there ARE any other vassals besides local mayors and bishops). Though I'd check on the guy's alliances first to make sure he doesn't get mobbed if he tries it. I made that mistake holy-warring against the pagans one time and ended up fighting all of Scandinavia at once (though it worked out due to terrain quirks up in Iceland).

Actually, there is a wiki that includes information on how to play as a vassal, among other things.

I read that and it didn't really explain stuff at all like Human Typhoon did.

So what I did was created my own faction, and he did not want to go down without a fight even though I outnumbered him 3-1. So I took him over threw him in jail, and then threw him in oilette since he retained that one county. I was disappointed I could not revoke his last title without tryanny as I considered him a traitor lol. But he died after just one year in the hole so that worked out well. In some irony, I think I was actually making more money as a Duke since the cities were right under me. Now with them being hidden behind 3 counts I don't have such direct revenue.
