If you get pushed out of Turkey, and into Istanbul, then put some ships into the Bosphorus (probably need air cover too) that way they can't cross into Europe. How's the USA acting towards you? You getting shitloads of bombers coming over? If not pray that Japan can hold out for a long while yet

The New Order in Europe

On 26.07 has a concluding conference between the leading countries in our European Union.On this meeting Austria like the unique nation with an almost independent government accept our unconditional superiority on the Balcans,especially in the regions of its ex-possesions-Croatia,Bosna and Slovenia.In the lands of Yugoslavia we decide to return all croatian territorries to them and by this way to achive a two goals:
1) we minimize the influence of the red propaganda in those provinces(their basic postulates are that Bulgaria is an agressive occupator and the government of Ustashi is puppet regime who is uncapable to defend the national integrity and interests;
2)we create a big Croatia-a naturally enemy of the serbian ambitions in the West Balcans.

After this great support with technologies,finances,supplies and,of course,the execution of their demands we expect a more loyal and predictible ally.With other words-a good stabilization close to the borders with the rebellious serbian lands.

Also we proclaim a Great Bulgaria.After the WWII that was obviously clear situation,but oficially we were not capable to declare our ownership accordingly the high risk of war with the westhern democracies or the barbarian bolshevics.
So,now we restore the national provinces since before the catastrophic wars in 1910's.The internal immigration toward the old bulgarian ethnic lands in Zapadni Pokraynini(Nis),in the North Greece (Salonika),Pristina etc. and of course the cruel pressure over the others minorities there(maded by our militias,secret services-Obshtestvena Bezopasnost and the police detachments of VMRO(organization similiar to IRA)created those new reliable cores:

The future of Hungary.
We stop the austrian ambitions to return the dualism or simply their desire for annexation of the magyars and signed with them (with the hungarians governors too) an agreement for the libaration of Hungary like an independent country.In time of 1-2 years according the military situation(and my dissent).Actually the bulgarian side share his influence over Hungary.
...But a future state with evidential claims toward Romania is a good option when we have to reclaim North Dobrogea from them...Romania will receive Bessarabia and parts of Ukraine(if we achieve the victory of course),but we have to made a flexible the atmosphere for the negotiations.

On 27.07 our troops retreat from Lvov.On 29.07 the brave aviation simply destroy another armored division:

11 days later our land forces give an answer in this lofty rivalry and destroy 10 divisions in Lvov:

Same day is the next battle for Odessa,our turkish divisions need to recover urgent.

Current situation
Now we have a two active enemies-one with enormous land troops(SU) and one with immense air forces(USA+UK+the others).The last 'supported' by 300-400 divisions.

Soon we will meet with the real power of the weak democracies,because of the unpreventable japanese surrender who will permit to them an adequate manoeuvres in the european front.

OK,any trick to take military control over Japan?

If ships are in straits then divisions can't cross. Works in Bosphorus, Suez etc. It also works (frustratingly so) on the island off the North West of Scotland. The number of times a sub or two have wasted weeks of my time there.

For Military control use 'Accept all'. If you've tried that and it's failed then I don't know. Try shouting at them, loudly

Well done pushing the USA back, some armour landing in the west could lead to a bit of a problem.

You could do with the US and the Soviets DoWing each other. Would really ease your Eastern front. Does global manipulation (or one of the other spy options) affect belligerance? If so do that till the cows come home (providing you have the cash).

Overall turning out to be a nice AAR. I like action and pictures - keep 'em coming.

Edit: Fuck me look at Gautamala's airforce - It's almost the same size as Russia.

With the last disembarkation of the americans in Flanders the front is on the brink of ruin.Part of our fresh reinforcements on the south-west are redirected to Holland.The highly organization levels and strength by the gringo divisions are a great obstacle before our devastated forces there.Against Spain the allied troops feel difficulties especially in the further advance.
In direction East we have superior number of armies,but probably we will retreat because of the huge winter and the crash of the westhern front.The plan for us is to detain Bessarabia and Stryj until the mart-april 1949.With 70-75% of the current easthern forces only.On west the austrian and italian supreme commanders suggest a cession of the France to the Allies and detention of the positions on the defensive walls in North Italy and West Germany(what's the name-Sigfried,perhaps?).DDR wouldnt be released ever-the bulgarian economy need to utilize their industrial capacity at full,to the end,for the quick creation of our own defensive sector-'Samuil'.For Hungary yes-we will liberate them in the end of the October with a hope for one or two divisions more.In north-west we have to stop the Allies in Bohemia and at the new borders of austria.Probably.
On 4.10 the soviets attack our positions in the Southern Greece:

Our naval admirals immediately send two submarine fleets on the place and practically they save the Balcans.The austrian division there is destroyed completely.
4 days later we make a small counter-offensives through all fronts except the spanish:

21:00 8.10 With that great maneuvre the croatian elite soldiers quickly conquer the province of Kherson and capture the retreating russians from Odessa.One week later again with some lucky chance we surround a two american small army formations in Flanders.

Those are maybe the last movements in this region of our forces,actually we will leave the Flanders and Wallonia in the enemy hands.
Three days later finally after 10 months of negotiations the japanese side accept the coordination of the military operations under the rule of the bulgarian command

With that mutual consent between the two empires now the armies in the west receive a good air support by the more than 600 aircrafts(2 navs,4 tacs all escorted).A very important help...
In the Far East our observors report that the victory in the naval warfare isnt clear yet:

On 20.10 accordingly the very weak resistence by the soviets and their low number of troops in West Ukraine the bulgarian commanders revoke the order to retreat and make a hard offensive.
In the west again the low level of logistics and the new handycap for our divisions there-the japanese aviation overturn the situation:

13:00 21.10.The most critical battle is the battle for Eindhoven when 4 bad equiped and organized divisions dont leave their positions after the fierce american attack.
In the next hours of the same day Hungary proclaim his independence.Again this act produce a great dissent through our right-wing radicals,through our comunists and increase the strenght of their propaganda.In resume our dissent jump to the 5.76%

We signed with them an obligatory contracts and in the next 4-5 months the magyar government has a duty to send at least one army(1 division) to reinforce some of the fronts.
On 23.10 the bulgarian general staff agreed disbanding of two volunteer divisions(0.5 and 0.3 mp)
On 25.10 has a successful operation in capturing of roterdam:

On 1.11 begin a counteroffensive in the Far East:

In Flanders USA launch a successful attack of Eindhoven,but left insufficiently forces in Amsterdam:

9.11.1947 one month before the new 1948 our scientist and ministers send to the regents an report for the further possibilities of our investigation teams.Bogdan Filov-one of the regents,historian,veteran and officer from the first world war has a duty to appraise what are the needs of the bulgarian army and scientific area for the next year and practically to decide the future of the young Bulgarian Empire...

Well,in fact without the rocket techs im not able to upgrade my ints to turbojets so obviously this is an obligatory choice

On 11.11 come the next wave of land fortifications.Two days later we finish one static anti-air brigade in Varna.In this period we retreat from Mulhause,but advance in north-west and is clear that the massive spanish army formation in Lille has a little chance to prevent the blokade and the possible capturing.On 17.11 our armies close the circle arround the province:

45 000 spanish soldiers are captured.
Next day the soviets demons make their second attempt for an invasion of the Balcans through South Greece:

Again our submarine fleets save the positions.This is the last significant operation by the russians,for the next three weeks they show a great crisis in his condition.Practically the war at a frontline of 20-30 000 km now is a very difficult mission for them.

Actually we dont have a strategy for an organized further advance.The plans of the general staff were a total retreat in this time of the year...

On 24.12 our intelligence report that one pilot led the spanish bomber mission over Sttutgart and those (bulgarian one)over Sumy:

The battle for Priluki is between one single bulgarian division and four soviets,but on the second day(2.01)arrive reinforcement of four well equiped separate armies.The mountain division is romanian.

In the third decade of february we begin an expansion in the east direction(from Kiev)

As you see the most of the divisions arent at full strenght.Practically the bulgarian army need 70-80 mp,but by this way we save a big reservist potential who consist of 30-35 manpower units.Our efforts are directed to support levels of 10-15.Thus would be possible a recreation of the bulgarian fighter aviation and,logically,better resistance in the skies.

On 1.03 the huge japanese fleet enter in hard impact with the american.

We immediately rebase another big stack of ships in Singapoure and send them into the battle:
