One of the purposes of diplomatic gifts, as it says in the manual, is to help other countries fight wars (such as French subsidies that helped finance some Sweden's wars in the 17th and 18th cenuries) but the gifts are too small to really do anything. So I got some cash, say as Byzantium, and I want to help Peter the Great finance the Great Northern War. This I can do, but I have to trigger two seperate events to do it.

Is it possible to write an event, say for Russia, that gives them cash, while simulatinously taking away the same amount from Byzantium's treasury? It's only this second part I can't figure out, and I've seen triggers that work like this, but not commands. Thank you in advance.

Give Byzantium an event # 100000 which has option A or option B. Option A will trigger event # 100001 and Byzantium loses 1000 ducats. Option B is maybe a relations drop with Russia. Event # 100001 is a Russian event where they gain 1000 ducats.
