yay another kaiserreich aar it's always nice to know what can happen in this alternative universe
a lot of kaiserreich aar's started popping out recently. that's good, i would actually i'd much rather pay for the kaiserreich v 1.0 and download hoi3 for free, than the other way around. much more quality for the buck.

Yeah, when I get my game working, I plan to see what Long's domestic policy looks like here, since he is more right wing here.

Speaking of, may I see the world right now in this AAR if it is okay?

Nice AAR so far! Dissenting populace seems to be your main problem right now. It was at a whopping 20%....how much have you managed to cut it down?

20% is very normal for this stage. i think it hits somewhere around 45. the unification events drop it heaps though.

Best of wishes to you. I hope that india gets united and maybe you could steamroll some smaller countries along the southeast asian cost to gain some extra IC.

THats what pretty much got me playing it again. hoi3 runs just a touch too lsow for my liking for me. takes about an hour for 3 months without a war. I hope to play a few more countries depending on how logn it takes before hoi3 is ready for me to play again.

unfortunately i have played a bit mroe that what i have posted here but there are a few updates that show the world situation. especially teh US and spanish civil wars. I hope i cover what your interested in. i will try catch up to where i am playing today. (unfortuantely due to a car accident i now have the day off work - nothign serious but a touch expensive for a day off work)

The CSA declare independance from the US. Several more states defect to the AUS.



And several Days later the pacific states of america declare their independance as well.


In a suprising twist of events (that i unfortuantely missed ) the Pacific states decide that an alliance with the united states againt the AUS and teh CSA si in their best interest. This leaves the US to fight a 2 front instead of a 3 front war.



March 37
Meanwhile, back at home, due to the massive industrialization expantion of the lat year, there is a massive rice shoertage.



Dehli shocks the indian subcontinent in order to press its demands on teh Afghani's. Persia, in a defencive pact with the nation declares war on the entente.



April 37

Azerbaijan also declares war on dehli alhtough without direct access nor an alliance with persia, it can;t do much but sit and watch.



Once again, food shortages are widespread and the populous is up in arms. However we refuse to step down the industialization.



The american civil war is progressing. With the CSA seemingly on the receiving end of both AUS and US attacks. However there is not much we can do to support our political brothers.



With A new model cavalry division researched teh ministry of metal and machinery commences research on semi moterized cavalry.


After further reports of civilian unrest due to food shortages. the government decides taht some form of action needs to take place. Ghandi is made minister of security in order to find a way to appease the people.

Siam are Auth Democrat, and never really want to ally with you. I usually after unifying india with my syndie burmese ally, go and conquer them, releasing them as a syndie puppet at the expense of a few territories to Burma. (unless burma gets the provinces cos I am conquering through them :/)

Siam are Auth Democrat, and never really want to ally with you. I usually after unifying india with my syndie burmese ally, go and conquer them, releasing them as a syndie puppet at the expense of a few territories to Burma. (unless burma gets the provinces cos I am conquering through them :/)

Actually Siam may be Pat Auto.
I'll try find a list. Most of the democratic ones are same. I think Pat Auto is basically rightwingers which would be Fascist without being so extreme as to be Nationalist Populist - just like Syndicalist replaces Leninist, and Bolshevik replaces Stalinist. Thats about it actually. Auth Democrat is just Rightwing, Authoritarian Dictatorships that aren't extremes of either. Like say. Certain monarchies (think Austria, Germany).

Huey Long had a lot of anti-capitalist rhetoric, but deep down he was a right-wing populist, which is reflected by the way the American Union State is portrayed.

But keep this in mind, just because it has been moved to Fascist's slot, it doesn't mean they are "fascist". Kaiserreich is a world where Communism and Fascism weren't born and other ideologies came to prominence instead.

The event chain for Bengal seems similar to the event chain for the USA before the civil war with high dissent coming every few months. If you're not already, my advice is to get that dissent down as soon as possible before you can get burned with combat penalties when the war starts.

Violence is still Widespread throughout the country side. Another incident where armed forces are forced to quell the populous causes great public outcry.



To help reduce the organised political groups opposed to the government, a secret police force is created. Although not very popular hopefully it will help reduce problems in the long term.



In the US, War is ravaging the Central Eastern states. A successful landing in calafornia by the pacfic states and an over extended AUS makes the AUS position look rather precarious. Meanwhile the CSA somehow screwed thigns up big time.



Meanwhile in the Balkaans, Bulgaria is attacked on three fronts by an alliance between Iron Guard Romania, Serbia and Greece.



Finally, after many months of negotiations with our political brothers in Britain and France, We receive help in the form of military advisors which will be vital in ensuring our commanders are up to scratch in the forthcoming conflict.



Meanwhile. The spaniards, unsatisfied with the monarchy revolt both in the north and the eastern coast. perhaps our syndacalist brothers in europe will have another ally.


After becoming minister of security, ghandi forumlates a plan which will ensure maximum industrial output and that the peasents are fed (well fed enough so they don't starve) although its not exactly want the peasents want. it is in the right direction to ensure that everyone is happy.

Our secret police are working overtime and uncover and execute a radical politacal group seekign to overthrow our government.



and 4 days later another group. most likely in association with the previous group.



Back in spain. a Religious group known as the carlists declare independance in the norhtern areas. Days later the declare war on SNT FAI as well.

I don't think i'll worry about siam. I'll probably just invade them for there rares later on.

I haven't played the US before so can't really compare. but i will have lamost a year to bring dissent down. usually i get it down to around 15 - 20%.
