While playing Axis & Allies I can play three Allies at one time. When playing Axis I play both Axis countries at the same time.
Will there be a time when I can play multiple HOI4 Allied, Axis (or Comentern) countries simultaneously?
I'm willing to get three monitors to make it happen!
I'll prepay for the DLC it if helps!
I would also love to see some MP players playing more than one country at a time

Also,
I'm growing to dislike/despise "justify war goal"
I play the game as if I am the General. Why would I as a General tell my future enemy "Get ready! I'm getting ready to attack! I just want to make sure you are prepared to kill as many of my troops as you can so I am giving you this warning, in advance. Because I'm the worst General in history." It may be a procedure the game needs to perform/balance etc. I just think it is well, unmilitary. I guess that would be civilian? If you find out, well then, good on you but why should I announce it to the world? What up with that?

The justification system is supposed to represent the politics of going to war. You're not commanding mindless robots, but a population. Granted it's not very sophisticated, but it's something to slow things down.

I had the same idea recently, and would like maybe more control over allies, at least AI allies.

I think by that I mean shared production percentage (ditch crappy lend lease system, it barely works), continued use of expeditionary forces, and maybe shared / coordinated air power.

The basic issue is that AI and humans play drastically differently.

If you're playing the game as a general, you wouldn't decide who to declare war on or when. That's a political question. You'd just be told when it was coming so you could plan. You're actually playing at the level of the national leaders if you click on "Justify War Goal" or choose a focus that leads to war.

Before the war's expected date, the politicians are spending time rabble-rousing to get the population on their side. Those speeches, while necessary for war support, do also tend to raise the perceived threat at the target. (The game throws up some events just for color with your national leader denouncing the target in various ways.)

I could somewhat understad couple axis minors close together, or merging France+USA, but I believe there's just too much stuff going on for a single person to properly keep track of in MP even for a single country, much less several at once.
