I always get revolts in my lands because I don't want to waste points on harsh treatment until there is a real threat of revolt. I tend to ignore the notification at 50% revolt progress as that is a long way off any revolt firing and say to myself "I'll wait until it's at 80 or 90, then move troops in or use harsh treatment." The problem I have is that I forget to check the revolts and then suddenly get a revolt somewhere. It would be really helpful if there was another notification or popup when the progress reaches 90% especially now that if I don't have troops on the province that revolts, the rebels are almost guaranteed to take a province.
