I think it's been said that those numbers are the difficulty of the project. The higher the number the longer the project takes to research, each project only needs 1 leadership point to run at 100%, so if you have 12.47 you can research 12 at full speed and one at around 50% speed.

The screenshots seems to be taken in a window mode ?! - Will that be a possibility in the game or is that for Paradox VIP's only ?

Actually the only question is 'is windowed mode supported?' Even Doomsday includes an 'unsupported' windowed mode and EU3 does as well so I would have been surprised if HoI3 did not.

In the Diplomacy screenie it says "Ai Control", so apparently you can hand over to the AI whatever part of the game you feel is dull?

electric powered Torpedoes where not only developed already in the early 1930s, they were the main armament of the German U-Bootwaffe in the hot years of the Atlantikschlacht...
So maybe you should overview this tech...

Those could be homing torpedoes or something like that. I wouldn't take that name as final.

I think that referes to the German "Falke" and "Zaunkönig" torpedos with acustic homing.

The interesting question would be: Is this the tech that gives subs decent naval attack? Or will they still just be useful for convoy raiding?
