Thats probably the chance the AI playing as Germany will make the decision to annex Austria. In any way, it will not be a simple event as in previous HOI titles. There are most likely some political actions you have to persue in order to get the "Anschluss" event. More like the task system in EU3
I actually had a kid turn in a poster this year about the Battle of Stalingrad but he had cut out a picture of Stalingrad from HOI2. It was immensely funny for me as I knew immediately where the picture came from and asked what his source was for the picture. He had no clue and than I pointed out that he had Stalingrad taking place in 1936 as he had gotten his information from the screenshot. He was quite upset when I deducted points for incorrect information.
Thank goodness for 100% annexation AI, no more Austro-German alliances nor Germany going peaceful when Poland gives up few provinces.
Pretty sure that event just means AI Austria will never refuse the German annexation decision; it's still possible that AI Germany might not push for it or that the Austrian NS party might not get into power as Alexander Seil suggested making the German decision not possible.

If Anschluss is a national decision I'm pretty sure Germany will pursue it and Austria already starts with a Fascist leaning, so it shouldn't be too hard for Germany to influence them towards National Socialism. But in any case we should wait and see.

2. At the bottom of the first pic there are Land, Naval and Air sections with numbers like 5.0 etc.. what do this mean?
3. Are AA guns going to be worth while building in HOI 3?
