"Teuton" itself is horribly wrong, and you can be pretty sure structures like "barracks" only ever existed in video games, but good luck nevertheless.

The Freilichtmuseum Treppenhäuser features reconstructed late medieval German buildings (late medieval is ideal, since it is more or less passable for the entire period from the migration period to early modern times), and some of them could serve as a reference for the game's buildings:
