Just to contradict you statement that I've quoted, the whole political system is pushed to the right in Kaiserreich as Germany is Authoritarian Democrat (would be Paternal Autocrat with the same slider position in DH vanilla) and you can find the OTL national socialists and fascists like Mussolini and Oswald Mosley on the left (national syndicalists they call themselves). But an ultranationalist Russia would be fun. I wonder what you will call operation Barbarossa in this timeline when Russia attacks their arch-enemies, France. Perhaps Operation Rurikovich

Rurikovich was a dynasty name in the middle ages in the Rus (Old Russia). The idea came from that Barbarossa was an emperor of the Holy Roman Empire in the XIIIth century.

Idea of national socialist Russia believing in master Slavic race sounds interesting. And what claims would such Russia have upon world ? Every possible area where slavs lived from 5th century ? Or just Russian imperial borders + Sinkiang, Manchuria, Mongolia, Western Armenia ( Erezum, Trabzon ), Constantinople ( + Adrianople and Gelibolu ), modern day Polish borders, Slovakia, Bohemia and Moravia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania, Croatia ?
If you can put some work into this, it can be a nice optional addition to kaiserreich.
Just some suggestions regarding potential timeline - it would be much better to speed things a little bit- elections in which russian fascist gained about 35-40 % were around 1935 ( now just you need to find some interesting crisis which would force an early election - normal elections in kaiserreich Russia are in 1932 and 1937 - 5 election term in Russia + don´t forget about division of russian parliament into duma and senate ( which consist of imporatnt member of orthodox church, noblemen + other people appointed by president - in russian kaiserreich system president is elected by senate ). Next you can let assasination of kerensky happen like in normal timeline just with slight twist - add option that he survives, political crisis occurs and under pressure from right wing parties and organizations appoints Konstantiv Rodzaevsky as HoG on 30 january of 1936
And by the way Konstantin Rodzaevsky is already present in kaiserreich as potential HoG of Russian puppet - Manchuria.

Fascism was founded by the Italian Benito Mussolini, the movement's name derived from a Latin term. Consequently, in Kaiserreich, a mass movement combining right and left-wing aspects founded in Russia would not be named Fascist. I mean, why use a term derived from the rival Latin language when your country supposedly represents the Third Rome and the Cyrillic world?
Secondly, Wrangel already has an event chain for donning the title of Vozhd and reign as a national populist Führer-esque head of state.
Besides that, Qing aiding their "Asian brothers" seems rather ASB. I don't even think Alash Orda and Turkestan would be considered anything but far, far, far away kinds of cousins (whom they'd rather not have anything to do with) within the Sino-Qing ethnographic spectrum.

as Milites said the word "fascist" is wrong as the fascists never existed in the kaiserreich story, also there is already a tsar and a like hitler scenario for russia, i think that epxanding the current( like alliance with the syndicalists and/or Balkanians, Greece) is prefered than creating a new scenario

You should make the mod if you want to. If you get fun and enjoyment from it, you should continue. Why not?
Don't let yourself be pressured by others.
Certainly if you have an aim to put it into a senior mod, then yes, you should listen and get their advice.
.. But, if you really feel your mod needs to go in a totally different, even if ahistorical direction, then just go ahead and do it.
