My thoughts:
Thank God England got out of the red in stability before this 2nd rotations ended. They are getting so far behind.
Thanks to Oldenburg ans Saxony the WE +14 drove me crazy. I spent 3 years building the troops to get back the colonies that had revolted. Afterwards I was gonna attack the Incas but I had a truce with them. So I just sent colonist all over the place. I spread them out mainly due to the fact that I figured the ai would colonize the TP places that I truned over into colonies. Spain is no longer getting inflation from gold so that is a plus.
