I play 1.00 version and Grand Campaign.

I have lost Meath (that one area that i have when game begin) in Ireland to Scotland. Now i have destroyed all irish armys and all their 4 areas have my flags. When i try to talk about peace, i do not have chance to take whole country (i do not mean Meath, that is part of Scotland), why?

I have army in all areas.

What do i have to do to take whole Ireland (not Meath)?

If u mean that u want to annex them(take all of their territory), u cannot do that unless they only have one province when the war started.

The manual isn't very good, it's better to play the tutorial and ask questions here, it'll give u better answers.

Ps. Ur english isn't bad at all.

If you want to take a whole nation you need at least 2 wars for a non pagan nation that has at least two provinces. First war take all but his capital. Next war you can annex them.
